Billable capacity is the higher of your active screen count and active physical-player count. A screen shown on several players is not counted twice.
BUSINESS example: 1 screen shown on 10 players represents 10 capacity units, all included.

What counts toward capacity?+
A screen is a logical unit and a player is a physical terminal. For BUSINESS and AGENCY, billed capacity is the larger of active screens and billable physical players; the two counts are never added together.
Can I start with virtual screens and go physical later?+
Yes. Virtual screens let you build and test your full rule logic before buying a single piece of hardware. When you're ready, connect a physical screen — your setup transfers instantly.
What's the difference between PRO and PRO+?+
PRO includes up to 1 active screen and 1 active player. PRO+ adds the real-time console, mobile live control and instant triggers for up to 3 active screens and 3 active players.
How is extra capacity billed?+
PRO is limited to 1 screen and 1 player, and PRO+ to 3 screens and 3 players: these are hard quotas. BUSINESS includes 10 capacity units, then €9/month per unit. AGENCY includes 25 units per client portfolio, then €8/month per unit.
Is AI included?+
Yes. Each plan includes a monthly amount of NeuroDisplay AI credits. These credits can be used in Magic Media Studio for image generation and creative assistance. Additional credit packs will be available separately.
